Yes. You can print QR labels for your shelves and boxes, then scan them with your phone to see what's stored there.
How many items can I list on the free plan?
You can hold up to 10 items and 1 location on the free plan. Upgrade to Starter for 100 items, Pro for 500 items or Enterprise for unlimited items.
Does Inventra connect to eBay and Shopify?
Yes. Inventra connects to eBay and Shopify through their official connections. You can bring in your live eBay listings and list new items from one place. When Inventra syncs, it picks up your eBay sales and marks those items as sold.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can download your sold items as a CSV file, covering all time or the last 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
Can I use this for more than one storage location?
Yes. Set up storage areas such as Garage, Attic or Shelf B, and give each item its own slot. The free plan includes 1 location, and paid plans include unlimited locations.
How does scanning work?
Point your phone's camera at the QR label on a shelf or box, and Inventra opens the list of items stored there. You don't need a special scanner.
Can I track my running costs?
Yes. Log packaging, postage, fuel, storage rent and other costs in Expenses, so you can see what your selling really costs you.
